SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All available items will be shipped within 4-12 hours or Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays.
Wholesale Orders will take at least 7 business days to process and 4-5 days for finalize. A valid tracking number will be sent once order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are sent out express service via CANADA POST unless stated otherwise . This method takes 1-5 business days for Canadian customers, 7-9 days for US customers and up to 14 days for other international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges will only be granted to customers who order incorrect items and notifies us before the item(s) has been shipped. (Please refer to our description section of each product).
*An exchange will only be granted if order was sent out incorrectly by us.
